Senior Executive Assistant, Environment and Science

You will be comfortable with collaboration and negotiation, building sustainable and positive working relationships and participating in a range tasks.The position requires:• Demonstrated ability to be a positive contributor to a small, dynamic, multidisciplinary team with a genuine commitment collaborative and service-oriented team environment.• Demonstrated high-level written and verbal communication skills including the desire and ability to build effective working relationships that to support collaborative communication, consultation, and negotiation skills.• Demonstrated well-developed ability to research, analyse and provide accurate advice based on evidence.• Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and as an effective team member, meet deadlines, establish priorities, and successfully contribute to organisational objectives.• Demonstrated well-developed skills to coordinate and contribute to complex projects and activities.• Ability to work digitally as we are a paper-light department, or an ability to rapidly acquire these skills.• Contribution to workplace equity and diversity that enriches our culture of innovation, respect, and inclusion.Every staff member is expected to role model leadership behaviours.
