Senior Executive - Human Resources

HR Professional with 3+ years’ experience. This will be an Individual Contributor role. This is a key role which will help us identifying trends, forecasting, make better decisions, mitigate risk, and handle setbacks. This position will be responsible for the following areas as defined from time to time:·      Collect, compile, and analyze HR data, metrics, and statistics. ·      Calculate retention, turnover and internal mobility rates ·      Reviewing employee and candidate data for various analysis. Report on key recruiting metrics like time -to- fill and hiring costs, compensation analytics, ranges, etc ·      Analyze employees’ answers to internal surveys (like 6e Speaks) ·      Communicating with stakeholders where necessary and helping with any client business needs ·      Creating and delivering presentations on related analytics topics across the business ·      Analyzing and presenting data and reports to the appropriate area of expertise, identifying gaps and advising on solutions  ·      Researching and reading data and reports ·      To support in all the HR generalist activities for ISC & Ify for AOCS·      Supporting the Central Team with implementation of HR initiatives/ projects ·      Coordinate with HR shared services on open employee queries Co-ordination with other departments for closure of any issueAdditionally, to work on central / cross functional projects ·      Supporting the conceptualization, design, and implementation of HR strategic initiatives/ processes  The right fit for this role will be someone who ·      Relevant Experience in HR Analytics·      Takes Accountability·      Comfortable working in fast paced ambiguous environment·      An HR Analytics certification course will be added advantage  Be aware of and comply with his / her safety responsibilities and accountabilities as laid down in the IndiGo SMS Manual, Chapter Safety Policy and Objectives.
