Senior Field Technician (Robots & Injection Molding Industry)

We are recruiting a Field Service Technician for our international client, global leader in developing and manufacturing smart solutions and systems for the automation of plastic injection lines, and robotic solutions for different markets such as: Automotive, Medical Pharmaceutical, Luxury, Packaging, Household Electronics. The Field Service Technician will report directly to the Head of Services, working in the field and assuring a relationship based on trust with clients, as well as increasing the presence and positioning of the company, serving as an ambassador for the company. On site – Querétaro Missions • Installation, start-up, repair, and/or modification of Sepro products. • Assist the customer if necessary, during the unpacking of the robot. • Accomplish inspections for survey. • Training at customer facility (operating, programming, maintenance). • Accomplish telephone assistance within the Sepro Hot Line. • Write detailed documentation of all actions including service reports and product modification. • 70-80% of travel required – will be required to travel within the United States. Requirements • Associate's degree in electrical engineering or equivalent. • Minimum of two years of service, with Automation (Robotics) operation, PLC programming, and interfaces. • Ability to read blueprints, assembly drawings, and wiring schematics. • Working knowledge of all equipment used in the field.    Languages: professional level of English (C1). Skills and abilities • Autonomous and independent. • Technical knowledge in the electrical, mechanical and programming fields. • Client-oriented. • Willingness to travel in the region.
