About the company\n\nMy client is a Civil Engineering Tier Two subcontractor who also act as a main contractor on various projects. They currently operate in 8 countries and have a turnover of £250M. They work primarily on major infrastructure projects providing groundworks and civil engineering expertise.

Sectors include residential, commercial, public, technology, infrastructure and data centre markets offering a broad range of services including civil engineering, utilities and construction.\n\nAbout the role\n\nThis is a brilliant opportunity for somebody who is looking for a role that can offer stability, and the opportunity to have a real say in the health and safety team. They are looking for a Senior Health and Safety advisor to replace someone that is moving on. Reporting into the Project Manager you will be an essential part of the Health and Safety team.

They are a brilliant team with excellent leadership in place in order to help and guide you where needed. You will be working on 3 projects in and around London and these projects range in value from £10 - £30M and are all major infrastructure projects. You will be someone that can come up with ideas and be able to effectively communicate those ideas to the team.

You will need to have excellent attention to detail as well as being adaptable in a fast paced, high workload environment.\n\nBenefits and rewards\n\nFor this permanent position, we are targeting candidates looking to earn anywhere from £40,000 to £60,000 per annum however specific salary will be defined on experience and suitability. On top of this, you will have the opportunity to be treated as a name, not a number, and bring real value to the Health & Safety department.\n\nRequirements\n\nTo be considered for this position it is important you have experience working on Civil Engineering projects, ideally major infrastructure and utilities but this isn’t essential. It is also you come from a site background and have moved into a health & safety position, holding qualifications such as a NEBOSH in Construction.
