Alexander Lloyd are delighted to be partnering with a Global organisation, on the recruitment of a Senior HR Advisor. This role will be an initial 12 months FTC, will the possibility of going Permanent after.

This is a perfect opportunity for an HR Advisor or HR Generalist that is looking to make the next step in their career. If you have extensive experience in Employee Relations, that would be advantageous.

You will have/need:

• Ability to establish and build trusted working relationships with strong interpersonal skills, both in person and remotely given the global split of the offshore HR Managers.
• Some travel may be required to attend meetings in person.
• Ability to work well under pressure to meet deadlines and targets.
• A long-term interest to develop knowledge regarding employment law in countries outside of the UK.
• Effective communication skills, with the ability to articulate information clearly and concisely both verbally and in written format.
• Highly organised with a methodical approach and an eye for detail.
• A proactive problem solver with a passion for delivering a great employee experience.
• CIPD Level 5 qualification or equivalent qualification / experience (desirable not essential)

The organisations head office is based in Crawley and this is a mainly office based role.

The salary on offer is up to £50,000.
