Senior Human Resources Associate (Systems & Processes)

Job Purpose: Manage & optimize HCM system, support in implementation and maintenance of HCM including access control, new store opening, audit trial including trainings, identify areas of improvements and HCM initiatives to support the organization's strategic objectives. The role will also be responsible to support in streamlining HR policies and processes. Key Responsibilities: Subject Matter Expert in HR ERP preferably in Oracle Fusion and supporting functions and brands in all markets, with HCM modules. Global Admin for HCM systems i.e. Oracle HCM, Bespoke Module, Legacy ERP, etc. with access to manage and enhance the setups in these systems. Performance Review Cycles: Guiding the mid-year and end of year reviews in Oracle HCM, with goals setting, creating and managing the performance documents of RSC employees in HCM and constant reporting to management with status of completion. Supporting all new initiatives and system enhancements with rigorous testing, follow up with stakeholders for critical information, and end user training and troubleshooting support, case in point: OTL. Managing end to end HCM setups for restaurants globally including location/department creation, Org. tree maintenance, job/positions creation & tagging, costing as per appropriate brands/functions and job criteria. Updating bulk employee information in HCM through HDL uploads, especially critical details such as salary updates/increments. Resolving all HCM related issues and closing the incidents on service desk on a timely manner without any breach in SLAs. Partner with the IT HCM team and ensure the quarterly updates are configured in the system with appropriate testing. Assisting the Assistant Manager – C&B with matters related to C&B: Salary Proposals, Increment/Promotion Letters, Job Evaluations, any analysis...etc. for all countries. Well-versed with HR related policies across streams and capabilities of drafting policies, frameworks and guidelines in line with business & labor law amendments Qualification Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science Diploma in HR will be an added advantage Experience 3-4 years relevant experience Subject matter expert in HR ERP, preferably Oracle Fusion Skills Core HR, Performance Management, Audit Trail, System Accesses etc.. Strong MS – Office skills Analytics Skills Excellent Communication Time Management
