Senior Human Resources Business Partner

I am seeking for a Senior HR Business Partner who comes with a strong background within Financial Services or a similar regulated organisation. The successful candidate will provide strategic and operational HR support a large client group with a cica of 600 employees. This role will be based in Birmingham and is a 12 month FTC working 2 days in the office. Senior HR Business Partner Responsibilities; Provide strategic HR guidance and support to Key Senior Stakeholders Support the business transformation strategy Managing the people strategy within the key business unit Support performance management activities Support HR related projects and initiatives Provide strategic guidance and support to senior management in decision-making processes Prepare and present reports on business performance, relationship management activities, and strategic initiatives. A successful Senior HR Business Partner should have; Proven experience as a Senior HRBP in the Financial Services industry Transformation experience Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proven ability to develop and maintain strong professional relationships. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
