Senior Human Resources Officer (Employee Engagement)
Job Description ·Plan, implement and manage employee engagement programs and initiatives that align with our company’s values and goals.·Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create strategies that enhance employee moral, motivation and overall satisfaction.·Organize and oversee events, workshops, and activities designed to promote team building, communication, and a sense of community.·Collect, analyze and apply data to create insights that inform aspects of the Employee Engagement initiatives.·Manage budgets, vendors and planning for events with supporting key performance indicators and measurements.Qualification:·Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Social Science or a related field.·At least 5 years’ experience in employee engagement, organizational development or a related role.·Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to connect with employees at all levels.·Creative thinker with the ability to design and execute engaging activities and events.·Proficiency in using employee engagement tools and platforms.·Project management skills (plan and execute projects with multiple work streams and dependencies) and the ability to manage tasks involving multiple businesses to meet deadlines.·Ability to be MC at the event and activity.RecruiterKanokwan Siriluan (กนกวรรณ ศิริล้วน)
