Your Role: We seek a dynamic and experienced Mechanical Engineer specialized in HVAC systems (m/f/d) to join our team. The chosen candidate will work closely with a team of engineers and designers to create construction documents for a variety of systems, including HVAC wet/dry, plumbing, controls, and related systems. Projects location: Dresden area, Eastern Germany Responsibilities include: Performing engineering tasks for the design of utilities and HVAC dry systems in diverse facilities such as cleanrooms, manufacturing/process plants, and institutional buildings. Conducting mechanical engineering calculations to support HVAC system designs, including heat load calculations, duct sizing, chilled water hydraulics, static pressure calculations, and equipment selection. Collaborating with other disciplines to incorporate their inputs into deliverables and ensuring seamless coordination. Providing on-site project support and making technical decisions to drive project success. Contributing to the development of studies and design procedures to enhance the quality and cost-effectiveness of work. Maintaining close collaboration with the project team, other disciplines, and external design offices. Assisting in the creation of conceptual, preliminary, and final design documents, including sizing and selection calculations, Process and Instrumentation Diagrams (P&IDs), and system sequences of operation. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering required Several years of professional experience with TGA and clean room technology systems ideally in the semiconductor industry General knowledge of codes and common industry standards related to the design of industrial and manufacturing facilities and systems Good knowledge in the design of HVAC systems Proficiency in German is required, knowledge of English would be an advantage Strong teamwork and communication skills. Requirements Requirements: Relevant education in construction Professional experience in construction supervision of investment projects Good knowledge of building codes, laws, local regulations and standards Good MS Office skills Willingness and ability to travel and stay on site for extended periods of time Independent and service-oriented way of working as well as good communication skills Very good knowledge of German and English (C1/C2), both written and spoken
