Senior HVAC Technician - Facilities Management (Saudi Arabia)

Eram Talent is currently seeking an experienced Senior HVAC Technician to join our client's Facilities Management team in Saudi Arabia. As a Senior HVAC Technician, you will play a crucial role in leading the installation, maintenance, and repair of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in various facilities. Join our team and be part of a dynamic and renowned company in the facilities management industry with opportunities for career growth and competitive benefits. ·       Provide guidance and supervision to HVAC technicians in performing their duties ·       Conduct complex troubleshooting and repairs to HVAC systems ·       Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs for HVAC equipment ·       Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards ·       Participate in the procurement and sourcing of HVAC products and materials ·       Train and mentor junior technicians, providing technical guidance and support ·       Maintain accurate documentation and reports relating to HVAC systems and maintenance activities Requirements Proven experience as a Senior HVAC Technician or similar role Minimum of 6-8 years of hands-on experience as a technician in luxury facilities maintenance Strong knowledge of HVAC controls and troubleshooting techniques Ability to read and interpret complex blueprints and technical diagrams Familiarity with local HVAC codes and regulations Excellent leadership and communication skills Ability to work independently and lead a team Physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy equipment as required Valid HVAC technician certification or license (if applicable)
