Senior Industrial Engineer

Leading manufacturer seeks industrial engineer. All duties would take place in this context. Setup continuous improvement methodology in the businessSetup quality metrics and monitoring systemsImplement TQM processesDrive Lean, Continuous Improvement and “right first time” InitiativesReduce defect rates and defect causesImprove quality while reducing manufacturing costsDrive quality as a culture throughout the business Key Job Deliverables (First 6-12 Months): Driving significant Improvements in Efficiency Implement existing efficiency improvement plansIntroduce new improvement plans to complement existing plans Introduce new ideas on how the business can be more effective Background work experience 5+ years experience in the Lean Manufacturing, TQM and similar philosophies.
