Senior Industrial Engineer (Garment) (Station Shunde)

ResponsibilitiesIdentify potential areas for improvement through studying the operation and process flows in manufacturing system Analyzes current production schedules, operation plans, engineering specifications, process flows for improving the process and workflow Develop and implement process improvements and technological upgrade, including facilities layout design and flow improvement Figure out how to manufacture products with maximum line efficiency, perform time study / work study to evaluate improve workers’ efficiency Reviews daily and weekly efficiency / output trends and coordinate corrective action plan to production team Prepare labour, material and equipment lists, cost analysis, ROI calculation, and estimated production costs Responsible for various reports preparation such as analysis requests and work progress report etc. to support operational analysis Requirements Degree holder with relevant experience Experience in Total Productivity Management System Self-motivated, good team player with independent work ability. Strong project management, critical thinking, problem solving, people management, influencing and analytical skills Proficient in data analysis tools, intensive application in MS Excel & Access is necessary Experience in time cost system, six sigma, lean manufacturing, best practice will be an advantage Excellent spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin) Possess advance computer skills is a MUST Frequency Travel/ Station in China & Cambodia
