We are seeking an experienced Senior Internal Manager to lead the construction of a prestigious residential development. This role requires a balance of innovation, technical expertise, and commercial acumen to ensure smooth delivery, compliance, and exceptional quality.
This project will deliver 450+ high-quality new homes, including 1, 2, and 3-bedroom apartments, set around landscaped gardens with private balconies or terraces for each unit. 

Responsibilities include:

• Managing internal trades and subcontractors to meet build programs.

\n

• Ensuring compliance with health and safety, NHBC standards, and building regulations.

\n

• Conducting quality control procedures and resolving defects promptly.

\n

• Monitoring project costs and approving contractor payments.

\n

• Collaborating with internal departments and external stakeholders to deliver high-quality homes on time and budget.

\n

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a similar leadership role on residential projects.

\n

• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

\n

• Comprehensive understanding of construction legislation and NHBC standards.

\n

• Membership with CIOB or equivalent qualifications is an advantage.
