Senior Landscape Architect

Randstad is looking for a creative Senior Landscape Architect to join a design focused landscape architecture and urban design consultancy in Dubai or Abu Dhabi, UAE. The projects are varied, from cultural heritage projects in the capital of the UAE to large hospitality developments in KSA, no project is the same. As a Senior Landscape Architect, you will play a crucial role in leading and managing high-profile projects from conception to completion. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of designers, architects, and engineers to create inspiring and sustainable landscapes that enhance the urban environment and improve the quality of life for its residents. Key responsibilities: Lead the design and development of large-scale landscape architecture projects Manage project time-lines, budgets, and resources effectively Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure project objectives are met Conduct site analysis, environmental assessments, and feasibility studies Mentor and guide junior landscape architects and designers To be considered, candidates must have: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Landscape Architecture or a related field Minimum of 8 years of experience in landscape architecture Proven track record of managing and delivering high-quality landscape projects Strong proficiency in design software such as Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and GIS. Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills Previous Middle East experience is preferred This is a long-term opportunity with an excellent design firm that offers a clear progression path and a diverse project portfolio.
