About the role:
The role involves collaborating with architects, urban designers, and technicians to deliver landscape-led development projects for housebuilders across the south and east of England. It's an exciting opportunity for career growth and making a significant impact on new communities. The ideal candidate will be a Chartered Landscape Architect with at least three years of post-chartership experience; however, individuals on the Pathway to Chartership are also encouraged to apply. Experience in landscape planning, design, and preparing reserved matters packages, as well as Landscape and Visual Impact Assessments (LVIA/LVAs), is essential.
Requirements:
• A bachelor’s or master’s degree in Landscape Architecture or a related discipline.
• A minimum of three years of post-CMLI experience as a Chartered Landscape Architect.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, and MS Office.
• Commercially aware.
• Excellent project management and organisational abilities.
Responsibilities:
• Management of landscape design packages, including masterplans and details.
• Assist in the preparation of proposals.
• Coordinate with clients, stakeholders and consultants.
• Carry out site inspections and evaluations.
• Preparing reports, Landscape and Visual Impact Assessments (LVIA), design and Access Statements.
• Guide and support junior team members.
