Senior Landscape Architect – Newcastle Upon Tyne

Location: Newcastle Upon Tyne

Salary: £38,000 – £55,000 + EOT Bonus

What You’ll Do:

Lead the design process on landscape projects – from master planning to detailed design (for design-focused roles)

Conduct LVIAs, including fieldwork, analysis & reporting (for LVIA-focused roles)

Collaborate with clients & stakeholders to deliver meaningful projects

Prepare technical drawings, reports & high-quality design presentations

Visit sites & mentor junior team members

What You’ll Need:

CMLI Chartered Landscape Architect with 3+ years post-CMLI experience

️ Proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe Suite, Revit (for design roles)

Strong LVIA experience & GIS knowledge (for LVIA roles)

Great communication & project management skills

Full UK driving licence required
