They will bring innovation and attention to detail, ensuring designs balance aesthetics and functionality while meeting client requirements and industry standards.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\nLead the development of landscape designs from concept to completion.\nProduce high-quality presentations, reports, and technical drawings.\nOversee project execution, including contract administration and site visits.\nEnsure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.\nCollaborate with multidisciplinary teams and mentor junior staff.\nMaintain compliance with relevant health, safety, and design legislation.\nContribute to business development, bid preparation, and client relationship management.\n\nSkills & Experience\n\nStrong conceptual and technical design skills, with a flair for innovative solutions.\nExcellent communication abilities for client and team collaboration.\nProficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, and Microsoft Office (SketchUp, NBS, Enscape, and Revit desirable).\nChartered Landscape Architect or equivalent qualification/experience.\nA proactive and strategic approach to project management and team leadership.This role is ideal for a dynamic professional eager to push creative boundaries in a design-led, collaborative environment
