With an increasing number of projects across Scotland and the north of England - including industrial, commercial, residential and educational developments - they are looking for a talented Senior/Lead Civil Engineering Technician to join their team.

The role:
This is an exciting opportunity for experienced professionals who are passionate about quality design, sustainable engineering, and successful project delivery. The position offers the chance to work on a variety of live projects, contributing technical expertise in roads, drainage, and earthworks design.

- Undertake roads, drainage, and external works design
- Produce high-quality drawings, models, and project documentation
- Assist with BIM management and quality control processes
- Support and mentor junior team members
- Attend client and design team meetings
- Play an active role in ensuring projects meet design and compliance requirements
