About Our Client We are seeking a Senior Leader, Commercial for our client in Bahrain. Requirements Job Description Direct and oversee the team to achieve objectives and targets, ensuring effective management of marketing, customer service, and maintenance Create and present annual plans and budgets, and establish policies and procedures to align with business goals and compliance standards Identify revenue-generating opportunities, and recommend optimal pricing strategies based on market conditions and revenue targets Review and approve commercial documentation for compliance, oversee promotional events, and provide technical input for new development projects, ensuring project change management and adherence to control processes Address and resolve issues promptly, ensure all communication materials are branded correctly Qualifications Managerial experience in real estate, property management, and leasing, with a strong track record of success Expertise in strategic planning, budget development, and revenue optimization, including identifying new revenue opportunities Proven people leadership skills with a demonstrated ability to manage and motivate teams effectively to meet departmental goals Proficiency in English is essential, and proficiency in Arabic is a plus
