Responsibilities:


Manage assigned cases


Handle cases from inception to conclusion


Take and defend depositions


Make court appearances


Draft motions, pleadings, and respond to discovery


Qualifications:


Pretrial and/or trial experience


Strong research and writing skills


6+ years of experience


Licensed and in good standing in California
