Senior Logistics Project Manager

Integrate value added logistic services and according processes to improve logistic operations at our Lonza site.Key responsibilities:Day to day responsibility for project; manage overall delivery of tasks and resources from Lonza; log risks and issues, report regular progress against agreed measuresResponsible for planning, developing, delivering, and tracking change management deliverables including communications, stakeholder engagement, change impact assessment (CIA), organizational readiness analysis, coaching, resistance management, and change reinforcementMain point of contact for the internal and external project team and works hand in hand with the external Project Manager Co-ordinate Project Board Meetings and phase sign-offs (acceptance criteria) with the businessResponsible for the communications plan for the project Key requirements:Bachelor in Economics, Project Management, SCM, Logistics or similar QualificationSolid Project Management experience (preferably Logistics projects)Solid work experience within the Pharmaceutical industry and its Supply ChainExcellent communication skills and ability to develop business relationships across functions. Fluency in English and GermanSkills:Advanced understanding of SAP WM/EWMExtraordinary Stakeholder Management People Management Experience with and without formal authority Negotiation SkillsBusiness Acumen and understanding how SCM is linked to other functions like QA, Commercial, IT, etc.Understanding how Logistic Service Providers workBasic understanding of EDI InterfacesExperience to work and influence decisions in a matrix organizationProactive attitude in combination with hands on mentality to anticipate potential challengesEvery day, Lonza’s products and services have a positive impact on millions of people.
