We’re looking for a Senior Logistics Specialist to enhance efficiency, streamline processes, and ensure seamless supply chain operation. Core Responsibilities Logistics Coordination & Optimization Oversee and coordinate warehouse activities to ensure smooth operations. Act as the go-to expert for logistics systems (SAP or equivalent ERP), managing updates and troubleshooting. Analyze processes and implement strategies to enhance efficiency and cut costs. Ensure seamless inventory flow across multiple projects. Inventory & Stock Management Monitor stock levels, ensuring real-time accuracy and timely replenishments. Optimize inventory capacity to maintain operational readiness while minimizing costs. Maintain and update ERP systems for precise inventory tracking. Vendor & Carrier Management Build and maintain strong relationships with transport providers and suppliers. Oversee transportation networks and negotiate competitive service agreements. Ensure timely and safe delivery of equipment in collaboration with Procurement. ️ Operational Efficiency & Process Improvement Drive logistics projects to enhance workflows and efficiency. Ensure compliance with industry standards and optimize logistics quality performance. Cross-Department Collaboration Work closely with Procurement, Accounting, Construction, and Warehouse teams to meet logistics requirements. Support purchasing and import actions for smooth supply chain operations. Budget & Cost Management Manage the logistics budget, optimizing costs without compromising service quality. Identify and implement cost-effective transport and inventory strategies. Leadership & Team Development Lead and mentor logistics team members, fostering a high-performance culture. Provide training to enhance logistics expertise across the team. Compliance & Industry Expertise Ensure adherence to Incoterms 2020 and international logistics regulations. Stay ahead of industry trends to maintain a competitive edge. Requirements Who You Are Education: Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain/Logistics Management, or Business Administration. Experience: 3–5 years in logistics operations (preferably in industrial/renewable energy). Proficiency in Microsoft Office & ERP systems (SAP preferred). Strong knowledge of Incoterms 2020 and international logistics regulations. Excellent communication skills in Greek & English. Strong problem-solving, multitasking, and project management abilities.
