Senior Maintenance Engineer

Mobility is the goal Plan and distribute work assignment in the team in charge in accordance with both demand and company procedures. Supervise and control the execution of Existing Installation & repair works, methods, materials and documentation. Work closely according to branch matrix as a partnership with sales branch Engineers to cover all repairs and spare parts. Apply planed actions with EI Sales to ensure the maximum conversion rate in the KG in coordination with the EI Sales. Establish methods to improve the sick units & MTBC. Assure the execution of maintenance tasks,CPSI & NCs according to Schindler policy. Stay in regular contact with all customers of the assigned portfolio. Analyze current, past and potential new customers to identify opportunities for Schindler to expand the Portfolio. Develop resource planning including objectives, costs, scheduling, resource and capacity, quality and safety assurance. Manage tasks to achieve the objectives on time and within the cost target by strictly enforcing quality, safety, and customer satisfaction throughout the entire duration of the works.
