Senior Maintenance Engineer - CNC machining
Provide technical support in the manufacturing of spare parts for rotating equipment, including process selection, manufacturing plans, and CAM programming. Offer technical consultation to Shops Operating Repair Units and Contractor Shops. Support field installation, maintenance, and repair of rotating equipment. Troubleshoot, repair, modify existing equipment, and identify cost reductions and process improvements. Prepare design engineering packages for rotating equipment. Conduct technical investigations for shop repair return jobs, identifying root causes and corrective actions. Implement the latest technology in manufacturing methodology. Develop and revise departmental technical procedures and standards. Coach and share knowledge with junior engineers, quality inspectors, and technicians. Provide technical input for purchasing specifications, including technical proposal evaluation. Collaborate with department engineers, Consulting Services Department (CSD), and other company departments and manufacturers. Coordinate with In-House Repair Units, Quality Assurance units, In-Kingdom Contractors, and vendors for shop repair work scopes. Participate in vendor and customer exchange meetings.
