Specialising in Shipping Freight, they are renowned for their commitment to customer service and operational excellence.Job DescriptionSenior Manager - Accounts Receivables | Shared ServiceLead the Accounts Receivable (AR) team to ensure timely and accurate processing of AR transactions.Responsible for delivering Days Sales Outstanding (DSO) and overdue targets across multiple countries.Develop and implement robust AR processes, ensuring compliance with industry standards and company policies.Manage customer relationships, addressing escalated AR issues, and resolving disputes efficiently.Collaborate with sales, customer service, and operations departments to ensure smooth financial operations.Ensure seamless AR operations, particularly in multi-country environments, including exposure to Middle Eastern markets.Monitor and analyze AR metrics for continuous improvement and optimization of processes.Experience in the shipping industry preferred to understand customer behavior and address disputes.Work closely with the Accounting and Finance department on AR-related projects and reporting.Drive cross-departmental initiatives, representing the AR function to contribute to overall financial strategy.Handle AR-related compliance with regulatory requirements and company guidelines.Foster collaboration and teamwork within the AR function to achieve operational and strategic goals.The Successful ApplicantA successful 'Senior Manager - Accounts Receivables | Shared Service ' should have:15+ years of overall experience in the Accounting & Finance sectorOpen to Mumbai as a location,Preferably candidate should come with experience working in the Shipping Freight sector of the Transport & Distribution industry
