Job Purpose:
The Senior Manager, Corporate Finance, will provide financial and business performance support, deliver strategic recommendations, and manage corporate restructuring, divestments, and value creation initiatives. The role also involves financial modelling, project governance, and collaboration across teams to drive business transformation and organizational growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Projects: Deliver financial strategies, manage analyses, and execute initiatives such as restructuring, joint ventures, and divestments to enhance business value.
- Financial Modeling: Develop advanced financial models, evaluate business forecasts, and conduct core valuations for decision-making.
- Governance: Implement reporting frameworks and oversee project governance for financial initiatives.
- Stakeholder Management: Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including investors, auditors, and financial institutions.
- People Development: Mentor team members, nurture talent, and align workforce capabilities with organizational goals.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent; professional certification (ACCA, CPA, CFA, etc.) preferred.
- Minimum 15 years of experience in corporate finance, investment banking, or financial modelling.
- Advanced expertise in financial analysis, divestments, capital structuring, and joint ventures.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with proven leadership abilities.
