This position will function as Subject Matter Expert (SME) for all transplant and high cost case services and will work in conjunction with clinical leadership to meet the transplant and high cost case clinical initiatives, outcomes, and performance goals for this service. \n\n\n\nWhat you’ll do \n\n

- \nMaintain oversight of program design, execution and effectiveness. \n
- \nEnsure alignment with organizational priorities and strategic initiatives. \n
- \nMaintain processes, protocols, tools and systems that support program objectives. \n
- \nContinuously monitor outcomes, address gaps and/or refine strategy as needed. \n
- \nEnsure compliance with relevant regulatory requirements. \n
- \nServe as the primary clinical SME for internal and external parties. \n
- \nProvide leadership and subject matter expertise. \n
- \nAssist with day-to-day problem-solving, Q&A, and protocol guidance for staff. \n
- \nPromote a focus on quality, consistency, and effectiveness. \n
- \nSupport staff performance management and coaching efforts, as needed. \n
- \nFacilitate regular team discussions that reinforce key needs/expectations/initiatives, promote an awareness of program and staff performance, and provide a forum for Q&A. \n
- \nParticipate in interviewing, onboarding and of new staff, as needed. \n
- \nPartner with leaders to manage the placement and assignments of staff. \n
- \nContinuously evaluate the staffing distribution and workload to ensure adequate balance. Adjust coverage as needed. \n

\n\n\nWhat you’ll bring \n\n
- \n
- \nActive license as a Registered Nurse in the state of Ohio \n
- \nRN with a BSN or equivalent experience \n
- \nMinimum of 2 years of clinical experience with direct patient care \n
- \nMinimum of 2 years of clinical program management or supervisory experience \n
- \nExcellent interpersonal communication skills \n
- \nAbility to make decisions that are timely and that achieve results consistent with business goals and organizational culture \n
- \nPossess excellent time management skills \n
- \nAbility to work independently with minimal supervision \n
- \nPossess excellent critical thinking skills \n
- \nAbility to create, track and trend program metrics to ensure successful program outcomes \n
- \nProtect and take care of our company and member’s data every day by committing to work within our company ethics and policies \n
- \nStrong administrative/technical skills; Comfort working on a PC using Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint), IM/video conferencing (Teams & Zoom), and telephones efficiently. \n
