Our client has a target to become net zero by 2030.Job DescriptionStrategy:Assist in strategic evaluation of new businesses/initiatives/green technologiesAssist in evaluation of investment opportunities in cleantech spaceMonitoring implementation of strategic plan and preparing updatesParticipating in implementation of specific strategic or operational initiativesBusiness:Keeping track of the developments, competition, regulatory, technological, in RE & Power sector and preparing updatesStaying up to date with new technologies (AI/ML etc.) for business and operations and proposing the same as per the company's business modelOperational:Analyzing various internal reports - MIS, Financial, Generation etc. and highlighting gapsAnalyzing business performance on monthly basis and highlighting critical areasKeeping track of critical deadlines and providing updates on the status after connecting with respective leadersParticipating in all important meetings, preparing notes, and circulating action points for trackingThe Successful ApplicantTech from top IITs and MBA (from top IIMs or ISB) with 3-5 years of experience in similar profileManagement consulting experience at MBBs would be an advantageSpecialization in Finance or very good knowledge of Finance is requiredMaintaining confidentiality and use of high degree of judgement and discretion in handling mattersGood conceptual and working knowledge of financial conceptsBusiness acumenCommercial and strategic orientationTech orientation / passion for IT upgradation and various toolsAbility to prioritize activitiesGood verbal AND written communication & analytical skillsProactive and action oriented
