As a result of expansion, growth and continued development they have retained our services to source a Lean Operations Manager to join the team and work collaboratively to support the expansion of the business from an operations and lean perspective. Driving and improving operational performance to meet strategic goals * Providing overall leadership across Production, Planning and Maintenance * Establishing, monitoring, and improving core KPIs * Improving the overall efficiencies of the business, with a focus on OTIF * Currently an Operations or Lean Leader within a quality driven manufacturer, you will be experienced in improving an organisation but in a measured and consistent way. You will be proven in improving OTIF and will have achieved this through employee engagement and development. As an expanding organisation and one that is extremely entrepreneurial, you will be rewarded with a competitive salary and package of between £45,000 and £55,000 pension, and medical cover.
