This is the place to leave a legacy behind.About the roleAs Functional Process & Controls Automation Specialist, you’ll be a partner to the business – involved as much in;Executing the Process and Controls automation strategy, with a strong emphasis on project delivery and documentation.Independently driving a diverse portfolio of process and controls automation projects, utilizing advanced technologies including Robotic Process Automation (RPA), Celonis (process mining), and SAP Finance Process and Controls capabilities.Overseeing the complete project lifecycle, from planning and design to building and deployment, collaborating closely with technical teams to ensure successful implementation.Leveraging deep functional expertise in finance to guarantee the smooth integration and optimization of these technologies, resulting in enhanced efficiency and compliance within financial processes.We’re in the midst of a major transformation to become leaders in our core disease areas. The unfolding journey is having a significant impact on our financial control framework – making it an exciting and challenging time to join our established Financial Control Corporate Governance team.Main duties and responsibilitiesAs part of the team, you’ll provide drive operational excellence in financial control, both across Company x and relevant third-party providers. You’ll work on technology led programmes to support financial control programmes for business-as-usual, project and transformational activities across the 3 lines of defence, addressing SOx and other compliance requirements. Building strong working relationships to understand organisational/governance areas of Company x will be pivotal.You’ll work closely at an enterprise level to support end-to-end process thinking and optimise, simplify and automate Finance processes and controlsEssential requirementsProcess Optimization and Integration:Analyze, design, and optimize financial processes, ensuring seamless integration with other process areas.Collaborate with diverse teams to identify opportunities for cross-process efficiencies.SAP Expertise: Serve as the primary SAP expert for financial processes, ensuring optimal utilization and integration with organizational objectives.Implement SAP automation tools to enhance efficiency and reduce manual efforts.Controls Implementation: Design and implement robust internal controls within financial processes, mitigating risks and ensuring compliance.Collaborate with compliance teams to align controls with regulatory requirements.Automation Integration (RPA): Lead the integration of automation within financial processes to improve accuracy and streamline operations.Collaborate with IT teams to seamlessly integrate automation toolsWHY JOIN US?We’re a network of high-reaching self-starters who contribute to something far bigger.
