Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Manager of Process Resiliency and Transformation to join our team. This role is pivotal in ensuring our organization's processes are resilient, efficient, and adaptable to the ever-changing business landscape. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in process improvement, change management, and risk management, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams to achieve strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and implementation of process resiliency and transformation strategies across the organization.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate risks associated with business processes, ensuring continuity and sustainability.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to design and optimize processes, driving efficiency and effectiveness.
- Manage and mentor a team of process improvement professionals, providing guidance and support.
- Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of process improvement initiatives.
- Lead change management efforts to ensure smooth adoption of new processes and technologies.
- Conduct regular process audits and reviews to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in process improvement and resiliency.
- Communicate effectively with senior leadership, providing updates on project status, risks, and opportunities.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence within the organization.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field. A Master's degree is .
- A minimum of 7-10 years of experience in process improvement, risk management, or a related field.
- Proven track record of leading successful process transformation initiatives in a complex, dynamic environment.
- Strong knowledge of process improvement methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, or similar.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate others.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency in process mapping and analysis tools.
- Experience with change management principles and practices.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Skills:
- Certification in Lean Six Sigma (Black Belt or Master Black Belt).
- Experience in a regulated industry such as finance, healthcare, or manufacturing.
- Knowledge of business continuity planning and disaster recovery.
- Familiarity with project management tools and software.
