As the Asia Pacific Talent Management Leader, you will help support and advance our Talent Management function both in the region and as part of a larger global talent management team. In this role, located in Singapore, you will be the key point of contact for all Talent Management needs in the region. You will help to build a culture of learning, scale our people development programs, and respond to the dynamic workforce and engagement changes across all 8 countries in the region. Your array of responsibilities will include managing stakeholders, planning and delivering learning and leadership programs, developing career transformative programs, and adapting and supporting global performance and talent processes. You will report to the Head of AsiaPac People & Culture and matrix report into the Global Head of Talent Management. Responsibilities: Work with key stakeholders to understand people development requirements across the region, partnering with P&C Business Partners and global talent management teams to diagnose, prioritize, and develop solutions to meet local needsAdapt global talent materials to reflect the necessary region-specific context and content for both talent process-related and professional development supportSupport manager and leader development content creation based on regional needs, helping to select and drive participation across the region. May require you to facilitate sessions locally either in person or virtually.Participate in global design forums on talent and performance management processes to ensure regional policies, realities and preferences are cared for in the future state models; support rollout of changes to core processes in the regionMeet the development needs and priorities of the region including delivering specific region-specific skills for teams. This may involve sourcing, selecting and overseeing external vendors to support delivery. Manage the end-to-end implementation of the AsiaPac training calendar Liaise with finance team for vendor payments and contracts Support in the implementation of people development programs in the organization. Plan, coordinate, and execute events that foster team building, organizational cohesion, and knowledge sharing. Partner with P&C members, leadership team and stakeholders to drive the inclusiveness in the workplace Be responsible for Employee Engagement Activities to keep our fingers on the pulse of the organizationTake part in the AsiaPac P&C and global talent management leadership teams to ensure connection and alignment across both areas Requirements: Bachelor degree in management or a behavioral science (e.g. Industrial or Organizational psychology, HR Management, or Psychology) is preferred. Master or MBA in similar fields or equivalent experience preferred. 3 to 5 year learning & development or talent management experience Excellent communication skillsStrong facilitation, presentation, execution, planning and project management skill Strong stakeholder management skills Ability to influence and collaborate cross-culturally with diverse individuals and teamsAbility to work through ambiguity and complexity to provide simple, expedient and practical solutions Morningstar is an equal opportunity employer.
