Senior Manufacturing Process Engineer - Polymer Extrusion

Job DescriptionJob DescriptionWe are looking for a Process Engineer with expertise in polymer extrusion to join our manufacturing team. This hands-on role involves optimizing production processes, troubleshooting machinery, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate should have:•3-5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, with expertise in plastics, polymers, or packaging industries (excluding medical devices).•A strong understanding of polymer extrusion and working closely with production equipment.•Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and actively contribute to day-to-day production activities.

QualificationsMust Have:• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field.• 3-5 years of hands-on experience in manufacturing, specifically in the plastics, polymer, or packaging industries.• A proven track record of on-the-floor, hands-on work with production machines, troubleshooting, and optimizing their performance.• Strong interest in and commitment to a role that requires active involvement in day to-day production activities.
Nice to Have:• 8+ years of experience in technical roles providing engineering support to manufacturing sites, preferably in the plastics, polymer, or packaging industries. (Higher Pay for more experience)• Experience with advanced process safety methodologies, statistical analysis, andcontinuous improvement strategies.• Prior experience in mentoring junior technical staff or leading cross-functional technical teams.
