The Senior Marine Insurance Producer/Manager position is responsible for leading the growth and strategic direction of the marine insurance business. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marine insurance, be based in Orange County, CA, and bring an existing book of business. Responsibilities include business development, sales strategy, team leadership, risk assessment, underwriting support, market insights, and compliance. The individual will also be tasked with managing and expanding the operations of Asset Marine Insurance (AMI) and Freight Marine Underwriters (FMU). The role offers a competitive salary, potential equity stake, and bonus incentives. Candidates must have 8+ years of experience in marine insurance, a Bachelor's degree in a related field, and a strong understanding of marine insurance products.
