Senior Mechanical Engineer
About the role Contribute to the delivery of multi-disciplinary engineering designs and feasibility studies. Prepare technical reports related to specific design issues. Prepare equipment procurement packages, designs, calculations and cost estimates for conventional engineering, research, and development assignments. Develop networks and relationships within teams, across the organisation and with clients. Assist with the preparation of proposals and tenders (such as estimating design hours). Basic management skills – be able to monitor workload; remain within assigned budget and alert supervisor if the budget estimate will be exceeded. About you Degree qualification in Mechanical Engineering. Experience in engineering consulting and EPC/EPCM projects in the mining and resources sectors. Design experience using S3D, HELIX, Rocky, Autopipe, PSFF, Hammer etc. highly regarded. Project and/or site experience highly regarded.
