We are assisting our well-respected area client in filling an immediate need for a highly qualified Senior Mechanical Engineer. This individual must specialize in project design and possess superior documentation abilities related to the design-build industry. Our client is also seeking candidates who strongly desire to coach and mentor a team of mechanical engineers to encourage professional development within the organization. Responsibilities:
- Monitor and document all necessary construction documents
- Work as part of a high-functioning team
- Coach and mentor a team of less experienced Engineers
- Monitor and ensure adherence to project deadlines
- Ensure accurate and timely project and equipment reporting
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in engineering related field
- Professional Engineering License
- 5+ years experience in a construction environment
- Working knowledge of AutoCAD and/or Revit or similar CAD programs
- Excellent problem-solving abilities
- Superior interpersonal skills
- Design/Build project experience preferred
