As a Senior Mechanical Engineer / Manager – Building Systems - MEP professional, you will play a critical role in having client interfacing along with some business development regarding your experience involving an understanding of mechanical designs and calculations for HVAC, Plumbing, and Fire Protection systems. You will have responsibilities preparing Mechanical systems project construction documents and specifications to include plumbing and fire protection. You will have QA/QC over other Mechanical Engineers, and coordinate design information between disciplines.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor's of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering
• Professional Engineer (PE) license
• 10+ years experience
• Design of Mechanical HVAC, Chilled and Hot Water Piping, Steam, and Building Automation systems
• Knowledge of Plumbing, Natural Gas and Fire Protection systems and design
• Ability to research related codes and standards to ensure design compliance
• Ability to traverse sites, including walking through projects under construction
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of REVIT
