Our industry focus includes aerospace and defence, healthcare, telecommunications, rail transportation, semiconductor, geospatial, industrial, and energy. Job DescriptionCyient is looking for a Senior Mechanical Engineer experience with large rotating equipment, such as Gas, Turbine or Steam engines, and related auxiliary equipment. The Engineer is responsible for the design, review and modification of engineering designs and documents, and provides their technical expertise. This Engineer applies industry leading practices, regulatory guidance, codes and standards, and good engineering judgment to ensure the design is compliant with International standards and industry leading practices. Familiarity with COMOs, Team Center and PLM2020 is highly desired. This position is an on-site position in Jupiter, FL. All candidates must be able to report to the office daily. You Will:Provide Technical Specifications and Review technical documents such as Bill of Materials, vendor drawings, etc.Issue and modify documents for internal (I&C, Electrical, Piping) and external customer such as P&IDs, Customer Connection list, etc.Review customer technical specifications (data sheets, piping and instrumentation diagrams) and prepare clarifications that provide an acceptable technical solution and also develop technical comments & exceptions to customer specificationsSupport implementation of Generator Auxiliary Systems.Review and drive process and technical improvements. You Will Need:6-10 Years of Experience in Mechanical EngineeringBachelor's Degree Required.3+ years of experience and knowledge of technologies for large rotating equipment such as Steam, Gas turbine and Generators.Knowledge of technical specifications and documents such as P&IDs, equipment & instrumentation datasheets, utilities and chemicals consumption summaries and calculations.Familiar with using engineering software and techniques to execute the project successfully such as COMOS, Team center etc. First experience with PLM2020.US Citizens and Green Card Holders preferred.
