Senior MES PLC Engineer (HcP/TEF3)

Job DescriptionCheck the PLC programs of MAE to evaluate whether the required data points are available for MES.Modify the PLC programs to obtain the required data for MES if it is not yet availableEvaluate the MAE's existing network connection status and provide the solution for connecting the machine to plant's network if necessary.Collaborate with MES development team to address the issues related to data accuracy.Be responsible for troubleshooting connection issues on machine side.Other tasks assigned by managerQualifications1. EducationBachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation Engineering. 2. Work experience3+ years of experience in PLC programming and automation systems. Experience with MES system and integrating MES system with PLCsStrong knowledge of PLC, including Siemens, Beckhoff, Indralogic and othersProficient in programming languages: Ladder logic, Structure Text or Function Block DiagramKnowledge of industrial networking and communication technologies.Familiarity with OPC servers and communication protocols (Ethercat, Ethernet/ IP, Profinet, Profibus,…)3. Traits and SkillsPLC Programming LanguagesIndustrial networkingCollaborationProblem-solvingCommunicationAdditional InformationShuttle buses are provided from various locations of HCMC and Bien Hoa City15+ days of annual leavesAttractive salary package, allowances and bonusesPremium healthcare insurance for employees and 2 direct relativesOn-the-job training and coaching
