Description/Duties:

The Senior Operations Analyst will serve as the expert advisor and consultant to the Program Operations Director of the Integrated Fires Mission Command Project Office for the coordination and performance of operational and administrative tasks associated with proponent areas, to include program planning, prioritization, management.

The Senior Operations Analyst's responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Define, establish, and direct organizational focus on complex programs.
• Resolve highly complex problems that cross organizational boundaries.
• Work with senior management to establish new concepts and criteria that result in the development of new IFMC policy, methodology, and techniques.
• Within the broad parameters provided, the candidate will ensure that the Program Operations Director's guidance is met in the most complete, realistic, and logical manner.
• Work independently to convert broad guidance to specific individual tasks. The incumbent is typically engaged in multiple actions simultaneously.
• Ensure that those principles, procedures, and processes that foster teamwork for quality mission performance and quality products and services are adhered to by the organization and that the cost for such quality is equitable and reasonable.
• Manage the coordination of IFMC conferences, ceremonies, and events.
• Facilitate communication across the IFMC Organization.
• Coordinate with PEO and HQDA staff.
• Help maintain a working repository database of information pertaining to IFMC operations in order to support prompt analyses.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Candidate must be a U.S. .
• Must have an ACTIVE Secret security clearance.
• Candidate must have a Master's Degree in an associated field.
• Must have at least 10 years of program operations analysis experience.
• Candidate must have at least 3 years within or supporting an Army project office.
• Position requires the candidate to have a meticulous, detail-oriented approach.
• Must be proficient MS office product-line expertise.
• Candidate must be a of the Huntsville/Tennessee Valley area.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication's skills, people skills and enthusiasm is desired.
• Highly organized, flexible and demonstrate attention to detail and the ability to meet time-sensitive tasks is .
• Ability to work with minimum guidance in addressing actions, and then use knowledge, ingenuity, innovation and experience to complete the product is a plus.
• Ability to handle a variety of tasks in a team environment is .
• Defense Acquisition Workforce Improvement Act (DAWIA) Level II or better Certification in the area of acquisition, financial management or engineering is a plus.
