Job Summary

City’s Senior Operations Analyst is responsible for data analysis and report building to empower the operations team in making data driven decisions to deliver optimal results for the business. This role will run and build standard reports then analyze and speak to the story behind the numbers. They will work with cross-functional teams including HR, Finance, and Business Development to ensure alignment and communication of applicable data, goals, and results.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Prepares and reviews operational reports regularly with the Operations Leadership Team as well as the Executive leadership team
• Complies data from multiple sources and consolidates information into easily understandable reports
• Understands metrics and goals at the facility, corporate, and company levels to ensure proper reporting and data capture
• Partners with business teams to develop an understanding of their teams, goals, and areas of opportunity; identifies ways to track additional key metrics as needed
• Understands City’s business and profitability model to ensure data accurately depicts avenues for success
• Creates visibility to areas of opportunity and provides context on misses
• Tracks KPIs and root cause analysis on key drivers, identifying any gaps and working cross functionally to solve them
• Works with digital team as needed to automate reports into PowerBI
• Prepares ad hoc reports to support additional business analysis a needed

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in related field
• 3-4 years work experience in complex data analysis and stakeholder engagement
• Basic understanding of general finance and HR metrics
• Experience working in a CPG or other complex manufacturing company, a plus
• Advanced MS Excel experience
• Understanding of Power BI; working knowledge,
• Experience managing stakeholders of different business departments
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to travel 10-20% during the year
