Job DescriptionSenior Operations Expert in Market Intelligence team responsible for managing on-time data receival and the accuracy, product identification, data queries handling and operational tasks. The role also has the opportunity to work with teams located in other markets.Ensure on-time data receival from external partners and on-going improvementConduct quality check on raw and processed dataOn-time delivery under desired schedule with high qualityTimely resolving queries raised by operation and commercial teamsManaging the E2E Data Supply process and improvement, support on implement global tools and processEngaging with external partiesQualificationsDegree holder in Business, Statistics or related fields4 years’ working experience in Data Supply, Wholesale & Distribution, Market Research or related fields, experience on handling POS data is a plusInterests in consumer technology and home appliances products, with experience on product identification/ coding is an advantageProficiency in MS Excel with advanced knowledgeGood knowledge of software applications; internet search and desk researchLogical and systematic mind-set, attention to details and good numerical senseGood organizer with the ability to priorities and multi-tasks; able to think rationally under pressure.
