We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Operations Manager to oversee our company's operations and ensure that we meet our business goals. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in managing operations, leading teams, and implementing strategies to improve efficiency and productivity.

Requirements

- Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve goals.

- Define operation requirements in collaboration with site managers/supervisors.

- Implement new strategies and initiatives to meet or exceed customer expectations.

- Utilize LEAN techniques, quality management processes, and cost control methodologies.

- Manage performance, provide training, and coaching to associates.

- Maintain a safe work environment and resolve employee relations issues.

- Supervise staff in accordance with organizational policies and laws.

- Lead start-up activities with cross-functional teams.

- Daily interaction with internal and external customers.

- Schedule personnel to support all shifts and accounts.

- Document department processes.

- Provide stakeholders with information on quality, safety, delivery, cost, and morale.

- Set production schedules within strict demands and budgets.

- Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications & Skills:

- Bachelor's degree in business administration, operations management, engineering, or related field; or equivalent experience.

- 4-6 years of leadership experience in operations management.

- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, supply chain management, and logistics.

- Excellent leadership and management skills.

- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement operational strategies.

- Analytical mindset with data-driven decision-making abilities.

- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

- Proven track record of driving continuous improvement initiatives.

- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards.

- Willingness to travel between sites daily.
