E2E Operations Management in 3PL LogisticsManaged a team of over 200 peopleAbout Our ClientOur client is a leading global logistics service provider, offering comprehensive supply chain solutions to businesses worldwide.Job DescriptionOversee daily logistics site operations, ensuring efficient service delivery and policy adherence while managing site budgets, monitoring expenses, and implementing cost-saving initiatives.Lead and mentor a team of operations staff, conducting performance reviews and providing training to enhance productivity and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.Maintain strong client relationships, address operational issues promptly, and ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.Implement quality control processes to meet industry standards and company policies, and promote a culture of safety within the team.Drive continuous improvement initiatives by identifying operational efficiencies and implementing strategic solutions to enhance performance.Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to innovate site operations and maintain competitiveness in the global logistics market.The Successful ApplicantBachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.Minimum of 8 years of operational experience in 3PL logistics, with at least 4 years in a leadership role.Experience within Food Warehouse Management will be preferred.Strong understanding of logistics operations, including warehousing, transportation, and inventory management.Excellent leadership and team management skills.Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.Excellent communication skills in English.What's on OfferGlobal OrganisationCompetitive SalaryBonus
