Senior Pipeline Corrosion Engineer

Develop Pipelines Corrosion Integrity Management Plans (PCIM) for operating facilities as per This Company and international standards. Develop, implement, and maintain corrosion mitigation plans for operating pipelines through chemical treatment (corrosion inhibitors, scale inhibitors, biocides, oxygen scavenger, etc.), coating, CP, and material selection. Conduct corrosion mitigation and integrity reviews to optimize inspection and corrosion programs to maintain integrity. Carry out failure investigations and provide recommendations to prevent failures and improve the integrity of field piping and pipelines. Develop, maintain, and optimize On-Stream Inspection (OSI) programs for field piping. Support facility improvements by reviewing design packages for potential and new projects, and providing comments related to corrosion monitoring and mitigation plans, including material selection, installation of Corrosion Monitoring Systems (CMS), chemical treatments, Corrosion Risk Management, and OSI. Collaborate with inspection teams during plant shutdowns and turnaround inspections (T&I) for evaluation of internal and external corrosion issues and coating assessments. Work with inspection teams on all corrosion and inspection programs related to field piping and pipelines, such as OSI programs, dead leg programs, IOW, KPIs, etc.
