As a Senior Planning Engineer you will be responsible for managing and coordinating the project team and be one of the primary representatives of the consultant to the client as related to project matters. Desired Candidate Profile Profile: Skills Ensure proactive project planning, stakeholder relations, and risk management takes place across projectsPrepare and update the programme-wide enterprise schedules of all running & future projects in Primavera P6 Professional or EnterpriseCreate and review baselines, recovery/revised and updated periodic schedulesReview Project Managers/ Resident Engineer's weekly reports and provide Schedule inputs as requiredIncorporate additional works into Schedules as required and update / maintain additional works logsReview and manage contractors SchedulesRegularly review resource usage against the schedule and recommend/take corrective action where requiredEstablish Issue Register and follow-up issue's impacting the project s scheduleGenerate detailed and executive summary reports for higher managementMonitor and analyze progress & efficiency of the project and report to supervisors and managersMaintain a database of projects progressAssist in the review and preparation of documents to support claims management and in particular extensions of timePresent on all the above to Clients and internal managers Education: Bachelor of Technology/Engineering Gender: nm Nationality: Any Nationality
