• Profound knowledge and hands-on engineering proficiency in Plant Civilworks engineering for Area grading (Cut-Fill), Storm Water Drainage, Sanitary / Oily / Process drainage, Roads, Ash Pond, Raw Water Reservoir etc.• Expertise in Hydraulic calculation / numerical modelling, Interpretation/Recommendations of Topography, Bathymetry, Geotech, Area Drainage / Flood potetial study reports• Knowledge of analytical software (Civil 3D, StormCAD etc.)• Familiarity and application of IS codes / standards, American, British, European codes of practices for domestic and international projects• Should have leadership quality and worked as a Lead Civilworks engineer in multi disciplinary EPC projects• Capable of guiding multiple teams together, resolving Site construction issues, customer interfacing and management
