GenAI Platform Engineer (Hybrid or Remote)

About the Role:

Join a leading team in automation and AI/ML, transforming risk management. We seek an innovative GenAI Platform Engineer to develop large-scale platforms using data engineering, machine learning, and cloud services.

The Team:

Work with a world-class AI ML team, including experts in AI & ML, ML engineers, and data science and data engineering teams. Drive our AI-driven transformation to deliver value internally and externally.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of a generative AI platform.
• Act as a hands-on developer and architect for AI-driven applications.
• Ensure full stack development for AI products, including batch and stream processing-based AI ML pipelines.
• Collaborate with technology and business teams on the Enterprise AI platform.
• Manage scalable and reliable platform infrastructure for AI, ML, GenAI, and LLM products.
• Develop, integrate, and test scalable APIs.
• Maintain monitoring systems for model performance, data quality, and infrastructure health.
• Ensure smooth integration of machine learning models into production systems.
• Implement security measures and compliance standards.
• Mentor junior engineers and foster their professional growth.
• Maintain documentation and architecture blueprints.
• Adhere to standards, governance, and best practices in ML pipeline and model monitoring.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 7+ years of hands-on cloud platform engineering experience, preferably with AI/ML.
• Experience with full-stack and web-application solutions, MLOps tools, and cloud development frameworks.
• Knowledge of Generative AI principles.

• Contributions to Github and open source initiatives.

This role is fully remote as long as you based in the US or Canada and will pay up to $220k + bonus + benefits
