Location: Eschweiler, NRW, GermanyReason for open role: ReplacementContract Details: Full-time, PermanentTo be filled from: Immediately Contact Person: Katharina Steffens Your main tasks Optimization of existing production processes, such as the analysis of error causes, statistical product tracking and evaluation of articles, ad hoc troubleshooting Implementation of new production technologies Implementation of the Quality by Design concept before the introduction of new products Implementation of optimization projects or continuous process improvements based on customer requirements and requests Implementation and coordination of validation projects for new machines and processes Implementation and coordination of customer and development projects Your profile Completed technical engineering studies in the field of mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, electrical engineering, chemistry or similar courses of study specializing in production technology Ideally first to several years of professional experience in manufacturing companies, preferably in a pharmaceutical environment, including cGMP knowledge Experience in the areas of validation or qualification, capability analyses and analysis of production processes according to process engineering, quality-related and business management aspects Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma and project management is desirable High cost and quality awareness as well as analytical thinking Structured way of working, ability to work in a team and communication skills Very good written and spoken German and English skills West embraces diversity and equality of opportunity.
