As a Senior Process Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in developing, optimizing, and improving semiconductor manufacturing processes. The Senior Process Engineer will be responsible for: Process Development: Lead the development and implementation of new semiconductor fabrication processes, ensuring scalability and high yield. Optimization: Continuously improve existing processes to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve product quality. Equipment Integration: Collaborate with equipment engineers to specify, install, and qualify new process equipment. Data Analysis: Utilize statistical process control (SPC) and other analytical tools to monitor, analyze, and troubleshoot process issues. Problem Solving: Identify root causes of process deviations and implement corrective and preventive actions. Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with design, R&D, and production teams to ensure seamless integration of process technologies. Mentorship: Provide guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and technicians. Documentation: Maintain accurate and detailed process documentation, including work instructions and standard operating procedures (SOPs). Compliance: Ensure all processes meet industry standards, environmental regulations, and safety protocols. The Senior Process Engineer should have the following qualifications: Experience in a similar engineering role, preferably in the Heavy Manufacturing sector. Experience with SPC, DOE, FMEA, and other process control methodologies. Strong technical background Fluent in English; proficiency in German is highly desirable.
